These terms of use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between Fysiolink OÜ (hereinafter "Fysiolink", "we") and the client (hereinafter "Client", "buyer") arising from the use of the online store and platform fysio.link.
Fysiolink is a digital recovery platform where the Client can purchase healthcare and rehabilitation products, rent equipment, view and perform exercise programmes created by professionals, and communicate with their therapist.
By using the platform or placing an order, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to the Terms. Fysiolink reserves the right to amend the Terms by publishing changes on the website. The terms valid at the time of placing the order apply to that order.
Registration: The Client can create an account by providing the required information (name, email address, phone number). By creating an account, the Client gains access to order tracking, wish lists, exercise programmes and rental services.
Data accuracy: The Client is obliged to provide truthful and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
Account security: The Client is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share them with third parties. In case of suspected unauthorised access, Fysiolink must be notified immediately.
Account closure: The Client may close their account at any time. Upon account closure, personal data is deleted in accordance with the privacy policy, except for data that must be retained by law.
All prices displayed in the online store include VAT (unless otherwise indicated). The final price is shown in the order summary before payment. Delivery costs are added to the product price and displayed at checkout.
Contract conclusion: The sales contract is considered concluded after confirmation of the order by Fysiolink and receipt of payment. The Client receives an order confirmation by email along with the invoice and order details.
Payment methods: Montonio (bank links, buy now pay later), Paysera, PayPal, Stripe, card payment and bank transfer. Goods are dispatched after receipt of payment.
Order cancellation: Fysiolink has the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock, there is an obvious pricing error or payment was not received.
Delivery time depends on product availability and destination and is indicated in the order confirmation.
Delivery methods: courier services, Montonio parcel lockers, pickup points.
Fysiolink is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier services, force majeure or incorrect information provided by the Client.
The Client must inspect the goods upon receipt and notify Fysiolink of any defects within 2 business days.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from receipt of the goods in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act.
Withdrawal procedure: A withdrawal notice must be submitted by email to [email protected], stating the order number and reason for return.
Return conditions: Returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. The Client bears the direct transport costs of return.
Refund: Fysiolink refunds the amount paid (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods to the same payment method used by the Client.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to: products made to the Client's specifications; products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; and other cases prescribed by law.
Consumers have the right to submit a claim for defective goods within 2 years from the handover of the goods. For defects appearing within the first 6 months, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of handover.
Submitting a claim: Send an email to [email protected], including the order number, description of the defect and photo(s).
Resolution: Fysiolink responds to claims within 15 days and offers a solution: repair, replacement with a similar product or refund.
The Client can rent rehabilitation and healthcare equipment through the platform. A digital rental agreement is concluded for the use of the rental service.
Deposit: A deposit may be required for equipment use, which is returned upon proper return of the equipment.
Use: The Client is obliged to use the equipment for its intended purpose and keep it in good condition. Transfer of equipment to third parties is prohibited.
Return: Equipment must be returned by the agreed deadline in the same condition (taking into account normal wear and tear). Returns can be made on site, by mail or via parcel locker.
Late return: Additional charges may apply for returns after the agreed deadline in accordance with the rental agreement.
Damage: In case of equipment damage or loss, the Client is liable for damages in accordance with the rental agreement.
The Client may receive personalised exercise programmes from their therapist, which include exercise videos, instructions and recommended products. Programmes are designed to support the Client's recovery and are created by the professional.
Medical responsibility: Exercise programmes and recommendations displayed on the platform do not replace medical consultation. In case of health problems, worsening pain or new symptoms, a doctor should be consulted. In case of a medical emergency, call 112.
Exercise video usage: Exercise videos on the platform are intended solely for the Client's personal use for recovery purposes. Recording, downloading, screen recording, sharing or distributing videos is prohibited.
Feedback: The Client can provide feedback on exercise programmes directly on the platform so that the therapist can adjust the programme as needed.
The Client can communicate with their therapist through the platform's messaging system. In communication, the Client must:
Fysiolink has the right to remove content that violates the Terms and restrict account access.
The processing of personal data is governed by a separate privacy policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
The Client's health data (e.g. training programme parameters, injury type, feedback) is processed on the basis of the Client's consent and is shared only with the Client's therapist for the purpose of providing the service.
Disputes between the Client and Fysiolink are resolved through negotiation.
